Can I return the ordered products?
Yes. We provide everyone 14 days for a free return.
If the products do not meet your needs, you can return them to us within 14 days after receiving them.
After this deadline, a refund is not possible. The products must be in their original packaging and can not bear traces of use. In the case of defects noticed after time or after opening, it is only possible to file a complaint for the product.
If the product is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 working days. We will send the next one at our own expense after returning the defective item.

Please do not send anything back without initially contacting us.
After we receive and verify your complaint, we will refund your money.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any items.
What type of payment do we prefer?
We work with Visa and MasterCard, Amex, Pay Pal, BLIK and we also accept payment cards or simply a transfer as a payment system for all our products.
Is it safe to pay with a card on the Internet?
We use the Payex Payment System, which is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS/Payment Card Industry Data Security standard. For SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a secure connection is established between the computer and the payment server. Data transfer is safe.
Are there additional fees associated with my order?
We offer free delivery for orders over PLN 250. For orders of less than PLN 250, the shipping fee is PLN 30 within the country and PLN 75 in the European Union, and PLN 200 outside the EU. We do not charge for any card transactions. You pay only for the actual products and prices listed on the website. The prices include VAT.
How long is the delivery time?
We try to deliver orders within 2-15 business days. If the product is temporarily unavailable or if we have any problems with delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can I pick up the products or visit the store?
No, we are an E-store and we do not have any physical store for customers. You can visit our partners who poses some of our products at their stores. In this regard, look at the OUR PARTNERS tab.
If you are an architect or an interior design salon, please contact us - we will be happy to establish cooperation, it will be possible to meet and discuss the conditions, demonstrate products or provide models for your facility.
Do we have all products in stock?
Most of the products that you can find in our e-store are in stock.
Some items are made to order, so the waiting time is extended from 10 to 15 business days.
Are screws included in orders?
Yes. All screws needed to mount our products on standard 16-19 mm kitchen doors are included in the price. If you have thicker cabinet doors or drawers, please let us know in the comment field when placing your order and we will send you longer screws for free.
Do we send order tracking data?
Yes. We provide delivery details including the shipping number.
